1. Pry Free (MIT License)

Pry Free is open-source software distributed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software. The full license text is available in the GitHub repository.

2. Pry Pro License

Pry Pro is commercial software. By purchasing Pry Pro, you agree to the following terms:

• Grant: A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pry Pro source code in your own projects. The license covers the current major version and all minor/patch releases within it.
• Scope: Single developer, unlimited personal projects. Each developer in a team requires their own license.
• Permitted: Use in personal and commercial applications, modification for personal use, step-through debugging.
• Prohibited: Redistribution of Pry Pro source code (modified or unmodified), sharing repository access with unlicensed developers, creating derivative products for sale based on Pry Pro.
• Delivery: After purchase, you receive a GitHub collaborator invitation to the private PryPro repository. Access is granted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, VAT/tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are calculated and collected by LemonSqueezy based on your location.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your purchase receipt. Your GitHub repository access will be revoked upon refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Pry is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Pry is a development tool intended for debug builds only and should not be included in production releases.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Pry or Pry Pro.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

8. Third-Party Trademarks

Proxyman, Charles Proxy, Pulse, Postman, Alamofire, and other product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention is for informational and comparison purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
